The Outreach Services of Circles of Care is uniquely designed to meet the behavioral needs of children and their and families primarily through In-Home and On-Site counseling and case management services. Qualified clinicians who cover the entire Brevard County area provide Children’s Targeted Case Management services along with individual, group, and family counseling. Comprehensive wrap-around behavioral services are also provided in residential sites such as those housing children from the Department of Children and Families or the Department of Juvenile Justice and in several homeless shelters in Brevard County. In addition, federal, state, and local grant initiatives are often conducted to further the mission of Circles of Care through our Outreach Services Center.
